My family has been getting food from Pho Bang for years! The food is authentic, and some of the flavor profiles are difficult to find in other Vietnamese restaurants that may have fusion or other influences. For instance, the pho and bun bo hue have a distinct and strong broth. I really enjoy their grilled chicken with rice, grilled pork chop over rice, and vermicelli with spring rolls and pork. This is the best place I have ever eaten in. My parents have brought me here since i was young, 20 years later, it still has shown to be the best, no other place could compare. I will be bring my future children here.
