Service and attitude of waiters are unacceptable. First time going by myself I was left standing at the door for 5+ minutes while thrown at least three glances by one of the waitresses. They claim they “thought I was take out”. Second time going with a friend we ordered two bowls of pho worth $30 and they barely serviced us, yet still guilt tripped us into giving tips, when me and my friend were clearly high school students. They also openly laughed to their coworkers about how I was refusing to tip because we were students. Third time going with another friend we had the same order and when we paid I left a two dollar tip because once again, they barely serviced us. The waitress flipped open the check in front of us and stated that “we didn’t give enough money”. I would like to state that tipping was NOT part of the mandatory fees nor stated anywhere in the store that it was, and if it isn’t it is ILLEGAL to force people to tip.

Food is decent but if i have to give 18% minimum tip money then I want better service from stuffs. Would recommend your stuffs to train to give customers better service. The stuffs attitudes are so bad. The only time they treat us well is the time we have to pay and asking for tips cuz I didn't circle the tip part cuz the service is too bad. Will never dine in again.

Restaurant has a roches. Roach run on the table my napkin my fork. Waiters do nothing. I’m worried that it will be on my legs so I’m not happy eating anymore

Love this place. Come here once a week. Price is great. Portions are great and the food tastes really good. The rolls are great and 8 springs rolls for 10 bucks. Pretty great price and taste wise. Cant go wrong with either the pho or the over rice dishes. Both are great options. Dont know why this place has less than 4 stars. But don’t sleep on this place.

If you are by any chance visiting this town, this place is somehow comfortable enough for you to sit in and eat something. Service is better than pho bang but still, cannot expect too much quality of service from them. Food is OK not outstanding, you will find empty spot easy even during busy hours. 3.2 - 3.4 will be fair rating. Check around nearby noodle places to compare prices.

Pho Best is the best Vietnamese foods in town. Great service.
I hang out with my friends at Pho III . The taste is really great and awesome . We order spring rolls , soup , pork cop and rice.

The service wasn’t good and we were only 3 people and we paid in cash and I don’t think it’s compulsory to ask for tips although we did tip 15% but they forced us to pay 20% tip which doesn’t make sense as we had to grab the menu and ask for spoon and everything. And they wouldn’t bother us if we need water also.. so where they came from rules that we have to pay for 20% tips for 3 people for a service that’s bad?? N at this cold weather there heater is off.. so I don’t get it for what reason did we owe 20% tips for them
