We waited a whole 30 minutes for food. Even people who ordered after us got food before us. When we inquire, the service personnels including the counter person just ignored us. It is a shame and bad service. Not returning again.

My mom and I had went to this place years ago and ordered pho with bean sprouts and that the food tasted wonderful. The service was wonderful and the slowly because it was meal time. The atmosphere was that people talking, eating, ordering food and others.

The food is good but the service is very bad and the tip you leave is not enough. They ask for an 18% tip as mandatory. I will not return again.

This spot is WAYYY better than the Pho Best and many other Pho joints in Main Street. The portions of the meats and bowl overall is generous for a reasonable price. Definitely coming back here than going to other Pho spots where their broth usually lacks flavor. There's also residential free parking on the same street. If you go to main street, you already know how bad traffic and parking is over there. 11/10 would return to eat here again.

The experience at this place was awesome this was because my mom and I ordered the pork chop and the pho. The pho tasted nice and the pork chop tasted awesome. The service was fast and reliable. The atmosphere can be busy and noisy.

My friend ordered something for $13 and gave in a $20 bill to pay and was waiting for her change. The server never came back to give her the change and used it as her tip when me and my other friend already gave her a $10 tip combined. She was already complaining to my other friend who didn’t leave a tip because we thought $10 would be more than enough to cover all four of us, which it is but the server didn’t think so. Instead she took more tip from my friend who left the $20 bill, meaning she got a total of $17 tip which was way too much. We could’ve said something but looking from past reviews we saw how the servers would argue with people so we ended up not saying anything to avoid problems and confrontation. But moving forward we will not be eating here.
Also she didn’t even provide decent enough service to deserve the $10 in the first place let alone $17. She gave attitude right when we entered the restaurant.
