food is amazing taste great but the workers are crazy rude, get angry at you when you don’t tip for their rude behavior. while you’re almost finished with your food they watch you like a hawk it’s quite rude.

Best grilled short ribs & pho I’ve ever had !! Been there three times so far & definitely going again.
Came here on a rainy day and wasn't that busy even thou on rainy days this place is usually busy. Service could be way better. Got our seats and gave our order and never got our appetizer plates that you would normally get when seated. Had to flag down a waiter/waitress for refills on tea and the food was ok. When we paid the bill instead of giving the "suggested" amount of 18% we gave 15% because of the lack of service. The waitress was telling us that we had to pay the 18% in which we did. I suggest going to the other Pho place across the street (by the supermarket) might get better service there.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST!!!Food not as good as before. Used to come often for pho but there are better options , and the staff demands 18% tip. They will get mad and harass you until you tip them according to them. Honestly it is disappointing that management has not taking any action against this employees behavior. Tip is only a suggestion according to the service provide including food experience. If u ask them why are they including the auto tip they said is a new law.Please avoid this place. Save your money!
