genuinely one of the best Lanzhou hand pulled lamian EVER eaten in and outsided mainland China! perfect bounce and chewiness, rich balanced broth and HUGE portions. sliced beef had the perfect amount of fat - didn’t need too much chilli oil nor too much vinegar to cut through the richness.
got one bowl and one pork bun at 2pm and wasn’t hungry until the morning after!
