Whoever made the grilled chicken Caesar wrap I had this evening - 10/10

Ordered delivery. The food was not edible. Dried out vegan chicken nuggets and disgusting french fries cooked in old grease.

Good customer service

I asked for a burrito bowl and was delivered burrito minus the bowl. The whole point of the burrito bowl was to not have to eat the wrap.

If you go in the morning the Mexican guy who cooks sucks, he’s rude, doesn’t care about what you want, I asked him for a chopped cheese and fries and he only made the chopped cheese and not the fries that I ask for. He always looks like he got an issue when you ask him something as if it isnt his job back there. I got a Snapple, a dollar water, watermelon slices for 4 dollars and a chopped cheese and it came out to 20 dollars when it should have been 15-16 (let’s not forget they didn’t give me no fries so it’s like they just charged me for them anyways), when in the hell did it ever become this expensive? They overcharge people on purpose and expect you to not know. I’d recommend going to Senecas Finest Deli up the street as this place is just a rip off and the service is god awful, they’d rather steal a couple dollars out of you than give the service you deserve

Yes they have vegan options, but know it’s basically a regular deli… I ordered BEC but forgot to say vegan and got a regular one… they were cool about it and made me the vegan one so I appreciate that.

Plantega is a welcome sight to see, and they even have vegan pastries. My favorite are the rainbow cookies, but their menu is diverse and filling. Loved ordering from here!

THEY GAVE ME REAL CHICKEN AND THERE WAS WIRE IN MY FOOD!!!I am from out of town and ordered their food twice in 2 days. I ordered Chopped Cheese (VEGAN) and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich (VEGAN).I got my order an realized that they gave me a panini instead of a Chopped Cheese (VEGAN) but I just cut my losses and ate it. But then I was looking at their menu and saw that the panini wasnt on there and as I was was chewing I realized that it was REAL CHICKEN and cheese , I even had meat eaters confirm for me just to make sure becuse I haven't had meat in years! I immediately got sick. I guess the store is both a vegan and non-vegan restaurant but I did not know that because I don't live out here. On top of that my Spicy Chicken Sandwich (VEGAN) had a piece of wire in it! Safe to say I will never be ordering from here again. I already reported to doordash and luckily got my money back. I hope they know they can literally be sued for both things. I will be considering that option for sure. I have already tried to call them regarding this.
