I just went to the front desk to make a reservation. As soon as I walked in, I spoke English to the front desk. The front desk started speaking English. Because I am also a child born in China, I discriminate against Chinese people. If I open in Main St., Flushing, I should find a front desk who can speak Chinese. The attitude is very bad.

This place needs to be cleaned up. The tables are filthy, they have people sitting at some all day with their belongings. Saw someone passed out with a bottle of Bailey's sleeping at a table. Food was cold and stale. My chicken breast piece still had a feather attached to the thing, fries extra oily. It's just gross. Will not return.

Today i went to popeyes in afternoon to eat there.I love eating and going to popeyes but a cashier named jenny was irritated from the start to take my order and had nerves to get my order right. Also, she has her name tag backward. The cashiers that were there before them was nice and respected customers.

The front lady speaks poor English, and she refuses to take our order. We wanted to order the 20$ family combo, and asked her to do Half half, and she said:" what, I don't want to make it". If it's too much work for her, why bother to do this job?

We ordered over $30 meal with 6pc wings. when we got home we don’t receive the wings. So we try to call the restaurant to find out and get refund. The lady picked the phone and doesn’t understand what I requested so , we asked for talk to manager and she just cut off the line.
They sell you leftover refried fried chicken. He gave me 1 extra piece caused some of those refried leftover shrinked so bad that looks like baby chicken

Popeyes here is a lottery. You win if they give you fresh fried chicken but most likely will lose when you get the heat lamp chicken. As for the atmosphere, never use the bathroom there and expect a homeless to be asking you for something to eat. I don't think I recall the last time I had a meal in peace.
