Around 10 a.m. today, we went to this store to buy fried chicken. When we asked the female staff member to place our order, she ignored us and just turned around and went into a room. We waited for a while, and when she finally came out, she took our order with a terrible attitude. We noticed that the two items shown in the combo meal looked different, so we asked her what the difference was. The first time we asked, she ignored us. When we asked again, she replied impatiently, “There’s no difference.” I was speechless. If there’s no difference, then why show two different pictures for the combo? Her attitude was awful. I won’t be coming back to this place again.

I just went to the front desk to make a reservation. As soon as I walked in, I spoke English to the front desk. The front desk started speaking English. Because I am also a child born in China, I discriminate against Chinese people. If I open in Main St., Flushing, I should find a front desk who can speak Chinese. The attitude is very bad.

This place needs to be cleaned up. The tables are filthy, they have people sitting at some all day with their belongings. Saw someone passed out with a bottle of Bailey's sleeping at a table. Food was cold and stale. My chicken breast piece still had a feather attached to the thing, fries extra oily. It's just gross. Will not return.
