The waitress, Lily, provided very poor service. Her language was impolite and rude, and the hot food was served lacked warmth.

Don’t be lured by the influencers and KOLs trying to lure you in with half off dim sum prices - the service here is absolutely abysmal. The food is barely average.
Waiters cannot speak Cantonese, and even blame you for not placing the order correctly when you politely ask to check the status on a kitchen order that was placed 30 minutes ago. Just say you will check on it - no problem! But to turn the blame on the customer is unacceptable.
Even at one point there was an argument between a waiter and waitress (they were shouting at each other and the waitress stuck the middle finger out to the waiter). Please keep your dirty laundry in the kitchen, not in the dining area in front of all customers.
The only thing authentic about this place is the gentleman at the front desk. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more to go to the other dim sum restaurants in the area. I predict this place will close within the year.

Chicken feet overcooked, food is nothing to wow about, when I pay the bill by cash, cashier want to add 18% tip, I say someone will leave the tip on table, she follow me to my table and show the person how much to require to leave tips, if you look at the receipt, tips should be calculated by subtotal before tax, not payment total, we still leave a good tip. I won’t be back. Who does that to follow a person for tips like we won’t leave it.

Came here on a Saturday morning for their half off dim sum. Food was pretty good until we noticed that half the food was cold and that most of the dim sum prices were priced at special pricing, medium, and large sizes even though these same dishes are usually small and medium prices at other dim sum restaurants. There was also almost no variety. They had about 10 dishes they could actually serve us and none of the fried dim sum dishes you would normally get even though the restaurant was open for about an hour. Then we discovered some of the food was cold and when we told the staff, they started getting defensive with us about it while arguing about it amongst themselves in front of everyone. We decided to cut our meal short when the dim sum cart ladies became passive aggressive, grabbing our stamp card off our table and throwing it back. When we asked for the check, the waitress seemed very impatient and was standing next to us waiting for us to pay. We decided to not leave any tip given just how bad the service was and how rude the staff was. They then proceeded to argue with us about it.
Definitely would not recommend this place. I can see why the dim sum was half off and why the restaurant was 90% empty on a Saturday morning at 10-11am. Horrible service, food was cold, and about 10 dim sum dishes they actually had ready to serve customers.

The dim sum at this restaurant was disappointing. The chicken feet had overcooked skin, resulting in a poor texture. Furthermore, with only three dim sum carts in operation, the selection of available dim sum items was extremely limited.

A restaurant that reopened a month ago and having 3.9 stars is not an easy feat. It reflects on the restaurant’s poor service, food, and disgusting attitude towards their customers. Though their deal seems attractive, I sure hope it’s enough to sustain them in the next month because the service and attitude was appalling and definitely not appealing for any type of customer to continue giving them any business. Before we finished eating and were in the middle of ordering more food, the staff started packing everything up. If you were that busy, kindly tell your customers at the door to wait, not kick out the customers who are sitting down and trying to enjoy their meal. In addition when asked if we could get more sauce, one of the staff there decided to rudely respond saying something along the lines of “The kitchen has a whole tub. What about I give you that instead?” Genuinely if you’re going to open up a restaurant, let alone a dimsum restaurant, with a staff that treats their customers like nuisances, just don’t bother or just hire people with better customer service skills, especially since the food certainly doesn't make up for the lack in service. I’ve been to all sorts of dimsum restaurants from Chinatown to Hong Kong and while service is not always the sweetest, it was never disrespectful or rude. From previous reviews, this is clearly a problem with no solution thus far. Even with the new renovations and management, they give the same copy paste answer to any sort of problem or criticism, so I doubt anything is being done or fixed. Don’t bother coming. Nothing in this restaurant is worth the headache or the hassle.

Horrible service, rushing tables out before we fully finished eating, extremely rude waitress and waiters. Definitely not worth going back and dealing with their attitude

非常沒有禮貌的一家點心館。Worse service dimsum restaurant I have ever experienced. We got to the restaurant at around 11am, we got a table for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. We were charged for 5 tea spots so I asked the waiter why are we being charged for 5 spots and he said because we got a big table with 2 child, so we said ok fine and mentioned that we never got charged since we were there so many times. As we started eating, we asked for ice, and the same waiter said the ice machine is broken and cant give us ice and if we get ice other people cant get ice because we asked if we can have the small bucket. We understand so we said ok can we get 2 small cups, and he said we had to run upstairs to get ice and go outside to get ice. Then my parents said its ok, we got it. THAT IS JUST THE BEGINNING!!!! As we were eating, we asked if theres veggies spring rolls or shrimp rolls and they said oh no because theres not enough staff on making it, so we asked for the steamed bamboo rolls and they said its steaming, and they kept on saying its steaming, we waited for like 15 mins and never came. PLEASE NOTE, THE TIME WAS ONLY 12:30PM AND THEY DNT HAVE A LOT OF STUFF ON A SUNDAY! RIDICULOUS...! Toward the end of the meal, my husband wants to eat beef tripes, so he took the dimsum card and looked for the beef tripes. As he was taking the tripes, the other waiter came and asked an amigo to clean the whole table and asked us to go outside to pay because they needed the table. So I told them, my husband is getting the food. They didnt care and kept on cleaning the table and took the table wrapper along with our phones and car keys. We told the amigo and he was pissed and walked away. Then we asked for the bill, the same waiter from the beginning who argued with me about the kids tea spot, saying we cant pack the beef tripes so I asked him how am I going to eat if they already cleaned our chopsticks and plate? Then he found nothing to argue back and started saying, I didnt clean the chopsticks and plates and I told him its not about who cleaned the plates or chopsticks, its about thr attitude. Im a customer. If I request for ridiculous stuff like ice, I understand, but it's not. I go there even before their promotion begins and now they are giving shitty attitude. If anyone recorded me and found me in tiktok or 小紅書, please share this note as well. I am still very furious!

It was not a pleasant experience having dim sum there. The food and atmosphere were ok. But the service is 0 if I can give one. The servers were mad at everyone for asking a question. I was extremely upset walking out of there. Never going back. And if you are looking for a nice meal and good experience, don’t go there. You will end up walking out frustrated like me.

We recently celebrated our daughter’s 100th day at this beautiful venue and everything was absolutely perfect. The decor was stunning and elegant. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and professional.
A special thank you to Albert, the manager, who went above and beyond in every way. He wasn’t just overseeing things. He was hands-on throughout the entire event, helping serve dishes, tracking down extra baby boosters and high chairs, and ensuring every little detail was taken care of. We had several last-minute changes and requests, and Albert handled them all with ease, offering helpful suggestions and making sure everything ran smoothly.
The food was amazing and Albert worked closely with us to craft a menu that fit perfectly within our budget for 120 guests. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about your event as much as you do and Albert and his incredible team made us feel like we were in the best hands.
Thank you again for giving Raven the most beautiful and joyful 100th day celebration we could have imagined.
