Each time I visit Red Lotus Bakery I enjoy every aspect of the experience. From selecting the baked goods to interacting with the staff the while experience is authentic and human.I will not offer criticism, because there is non to offer. Especially if I made the choice to visit the bakery and more over beacuse I am not baking these goodies at home. If I select an item that is deserving of a second chance I do just that. Visited weekday morning at 930am, first time there. Place had seating, a bit dark, but staff was not unfriendly. Bought 2 buns, and ate the roast pork one right away. Given it was 930am, the bun was freezing cold and extra salty. I expected a fresher bun with the real cha sui sweet and salty balanced flavor. I woke up this morning desiring to eat something Korean. It was too early for Korean BBQ, so I decided to have breakfast from Red Lotus Bakery & Cafe.As soon as I entered this location, I was greeted by the attendant with a warm, genuine smile. Her great vibe made me feel like I was family.I ordered a dried pork roll and a chicken roll with a large coffee.
