Shoutout to Manuela! She is seriously my favorite Starbucks employee! She always gets my order exactly right at the drive-thru and is so sweet every single time. Starbucks is a popular restaurant known for its large and comfortable seating area, excellent food, and exceptional service. The staff is friendly and patient, catering to the needs of customers, even during hectic situations. While not a favorite for everyone, Starbucks has become a favorite spot for many, especially families, due to the welcoming atmosphere and delightful treats. The weekday staff seem to be more in the ball. However, some customers have experienced issues with mobile orders not being started and staff chatting while customers wait. The tables and floor were not that clean on one occasion, and trash was left all over the place. One customer also had an issue with a drink not being made correctly, but another employee was sweet and helped fix it.
