We visited this pizza place in flushing,new york main street 11367 and got a take out. Once we got home i ate a few pieces and found hair in my slice, i thought i should complain but i thought it might’ve been an accident and left that piece out and started eating another slice. Just when i was approaching the last slices i found another piece of hair and it was stuck in the middle of the cheese and knew i had to complain. We went and complained , then he accepted the mistake and offered to make a new one for us but we had finished dinner so we wanted some money back , the manager Oscar refused that and argued with us and eventually we agreed , but we could see that he had an attitude. When we went to collect it we said before that we would complain and all of a sudden he stated that we were lying and that the hair was red when it was clearly black and had a small touch of sauce on it and then said that nobody had red hair , he argued and showed much attitude which my family didn’t like.We left and knew we had to submit the complaint of how he accuses us of lying that we put hair in the pizza when it was clearly in the cheese stuck to it.

All the staff are super nice and it usually takes about 20 minutes for 3 pizzas. Very quick and nice staff, even for children. The pizza is amazing, other corporate pizza establishments cannot compare to the local ones. The pizza is a bit small but for people who dislike eating much for one meal, it is a perfect amount.

I have Singas famous pizza at least twice a week. Their pizza and garlic knots are utterly delicious. I love it. The general manager is always nice and make you feel like you’re a guest and not just a customer she goes beyond to make you feel welcome and you’re very satisfied before leaving. The staff is great as well!! Go check it out!!

Ordered pizza from them and it took over 1 hour. It was already past the time they said it would be here and we called the store and the guy on the phone had a terrible attitude and service for the long wait time. Dude, a strong suggestion, if you're still working there you honestly should be fired for the bad service, and if you're the owner, good luck to you and your business. It will eventually go out of business for the bad service. Not sure how there's many good review, perhaps there's fake accounts writing the reviews.
