Today, I ordered takeout for my family, but unfortunately, the meal was not at all what we expected. The chili chicken we received didn’t taste like chili chicken at all, which was fine, but the real issue came when my nephew took a bite and immediately spat it out, saying the chicken smelled off. We all tried it, and the overwhelming smell of old oil was unmistakable. It was so bad that we immediately knew we couldn’t serve it to the children or elderly family members at home. I was genuinely worried that the food might make us sick.

I immediately called the restaurant to let them know about the issue, not asking for a refund or exchange, but simply to inform them so they wouldn't make the same mistake with another customer. I explained that the oil used for frying clearly wasn’t fresh, and they needed to be more careful about food quality. However, instead of being receptive, the restaurant staff insisted that they were using fresh oil and outright denied the issue. Despite my explanation, they were dismissive and defensive, which was very disappointing. It’s not about the chili chicken not tasting as expected; it’s about the fact that we were served food that could have been unsafe, and the staff didn’t seem to care.

What bothered me even more was the rude attitude I encountered when my sister called back to remind them. She wasn’t even planning to leave a negative review, but the staff’s dismissive tone was unacceptable. In situations like these, it would have been much more professional and customer-friendly to apologize for the poor quality of the food, acknowledge the mistake, and assure us that they would take steps to improve. Instead, they insisted everything was fine, which made us feel like our concerns didn’t matter at all. I really hope they take this feedback to heart and make the necessary changes, not just for the sake of their customers, but also for the safety and quality of the food they serve.

These are my favorite momos and my most frequented restaurant in the neighborhood. If you know the neighborhood, you know what a big deal this is. I don't know why they don't enter the annual mono crawl; they'd crush!
Get the momo sizzler plate and an order of pan fried noodles (split with a friend). Thank me later.

I recently tried the Jhol Momo and Mixed Chowmein. The overall taste was fine, but I did notice that the Momo seemed undercooked, around 80% done. Maybe it’s just my preference for well-done food, but the texture didn’t feel quite right to me. To be honest, I’ve had Momo from street stalls before, and I found the taste better there. The Chowmein was decent, though. Overall, the experience wasn’t bad, but there’s some room for improvement in the preparation.

Food is good there. But they don’t play Tibetan music or videos on TV. They should show more videos of Tibet

Restaurant itself is very busy but they lack customer service. No online orders..they are always closed. To be honest it looks like they don’t wanna growth. They are making enough money in the store who cares about onlines.

The restaurant is small, not easy to discover. But I’m surprised by the quality of the food and the serving speed! First time coming so we decided to order what people recommend. Beef Momo absolutely sizzler is amazing! I love how thin and momo skin is! The handpulled Tibetan noddle soup is very hearty!
