Food is excellent but they have loud TV on playing sexually oriented videos which makes it a stressful place.

The food was great and the service was amazing. I just want to gently remind people that tipping is an important part of dining out. Servers work really hard and often rely on tips as a big part of their income.
If you’re unable to leave a tip, maybe consider ordering takeout instead. I noticed some guests left without tipping, which was a little sad to see. Even though it’s not mandatory, a small tip can really make a difference.
As someone who used to be a server, I know how it feels and a little kindness truly goes a long way.

The food tasted good enough, but the service was really disappointing. No one cared to check on us during the meal—not even to ask if we needed water or napkins. There were no napkins on the table at all, which is basic!
They added a suggested tip on the bill, but honestly, for what? No one seemed to care whether we enjoyed the food or needed anything. Very poor customer service overall. I left feeling frustrated and unvalued as a customer

Loved the food! Tried their sizzler chicken momos, chicken chopsuey and fried chicken patties. Everything was piping hot, fresh and delicious. Loved the tangy flavors of the momos, crispy patties and crunchy chopsuey. Service was quick and friendly. Large portion sizes and affordable. Their hours on Google are incorrect. Tuesday is shown be closed but I actually dined here on a Tuesday.

There is no rules and regulations saying that tip is compulsory in the Law. Just make a system of service charge in your restaurant and have a big 🪧 of it. Some people have only limited money to tip whereas some may have a lot. Just the words you say tip is compulsory sounds not good and I am not saying that people should not tip, but the basic principles of tip means you feel grateful and happy for the service and food you received and tip accordingly to your own choice and there was a 4 inch hair in my momo by the way, but I just ate it cause I was hungry.

Best momo in queen Tibetan restaurant.
This place so cheap that they stole our change and asked for a tip when I left.

Last time I order egg fried rice from uber eats it was good but after that I order shabaklap again from here. It’s the worst. Didn’t like the filling at all. Plz shabaklap needs to improve
Everything is good! From foods to customer service! I recommend people go there.
