We had a great experience last night at Spring Shabu-Shabu. you have to come in and check in because there is usually a wait, we waited around 30 minutes to get to our table. Kelly our server did a great job helping us choose all the selection available to eat. I picked vegetable broth, and my husband did kimchi broth. Went on a Saturday evening for 2. They were really busy and told us it would be a 45 minute wait but it was more like 20 minutes.
Totally worth the wait. You can't beat the price for how much food you get. We ordered the pork broth and kimchi broth and enjoyed our choices. We loved all the fresh noodles, vegetables, and the variety of add-ins.
The service was also excellent. Would definitely recommend stopping by while in Flushing!

This is always a great place for hot pot been coming here 5 years, they have the most amazing vegetable selection all that bok choy! Great for any size group & free soft serve ice cream.
