The last FOUR times I’ve been here this Starbucks was either closed, didn’t have the drink I wanted, or the staff gave me an attitude.

Not allowed to sit in the place because of a silly policy. Such a large beautiful Starbucks, and you can't enjoy a coffee in it. They asked me my mother and cousin to leave as we stood drinking and talking. Lost a customer.

This location had a great coffee house vibe when if first open and people looked happy working there. Now it is messy and the vibe is gone.

They keep turning air conditioning in the middle of winter to kick people out. Not a very hospitable cafe.

Been here numerous times. Usually get one of the Turkey Pesto sandwich and have them heated up. It was dry this time around. In the holiday spirit and wanted to try the Grande Peppermint Mocha with cream. Once I opened the cover to the cup it looked like it wasn't filled and what happened to the whip cream? Are all the Starbucks specialty drinks like this. The store itself is big with lots of chairs and tables. Sat in a sticky chair and table was not wiped clean. See staff emptying the garbage but do not know how often they come around and clean the tables. Most of staff are behind counter making drinks, food, and at the cash register.

I ordered a caramel brûlée latte this evening and got a cup of warm milk for $5.95. Very little coffee or flavoring. Will not return to this location again .

Mad slow because they prefer talk instead of providing service fast.

This is a very unusual Starbucks because it used to be a Chase Bank. I grew up in flushing near Bayside and Whitestone and so I was very surprised that a beautiful Starbucks complete with a nice parking lot for Queens that is a lot. Staff is very friendly and very efficient.
