Starbucks is a spacious location on 33rd Avenue and Francis Lewis, previously a bank. The interior features a high ceiling and interesting layout. The staff is friendly and efficient. While the food quality can vary, with some dishes, like the Turkey Pesto sandwich, being dry at times. Specialty drinks, such as the Grande Peppermint Mocha, may not meet expectations, with issues like incomplete filling and missing whipped cream. The store's cleanliness can also be improved, with sticky chairs and tables that may not be regularly wiped clean.
The place is great, and the workers are nice. However, the parking lot is often used as a pickup point for a nearby school, making it difficult to find a spot. The online ordering system can be unreliable, with orders sometimes getting mixed up, so it's important to double-check your order before leaving. The pistachio cold foam is a recommended drink, but the no-sitting policy on weekdays from 2-4 pm due to the nearby school can be inconvenient for some customers.
