Service is rude. Maybe it is just the "culture" of typical arrogant Hong Kong people.
Bad customer service they need someone who speaks English language on the phone no need to be rude if you can't understand
The service is a bit off and kind of rude. Also got my food wrong :( but they are tasty and I do have good memories of it
This is my go-to place for bake pork chop with rice/pasta and Hong Kong style milk tea. The Borscht soup is also recommended.
Everything about this place feels dirty. Needs a bit of a renovation. Nice Cantonese bakery but they need to clean up a bit better.
Tasty canton western style dishes for a reasonable price. Definitely order the HK Tea/Coffee mix.
Polite. Professional. Knowledgeable. Awesome service.
Excellent coffee , food and friendly staffs. Would definitely be back!
Authentic Hong Kong style tea shop.
Great Cantonese bakery that also sells a variety of Cantonese style hot meals including breakfast. Food was delicious and with good portion. Service was excellent. Price is very affordable. Decent amount of seats. Bathroom available.

Great place for Hong Kong style brunch.
Unfortunately the Taro milk tea was not good at all. My friends mango tea was a bit better
I go there different times and they never have anything in the cases. I gave up going there for pastries
fast EfficientHK style
Surprisingly not many Hong Kong style tea shops in New York. This is my favorite with all the typical Hong Kong style teas and coffee, and Hong Kong style food (cross between western and chinese). Can get Borscht soup, Club sandwich, baked dishes, noodles...etc. Price is very reasonable. If you like Hong Kong bakery style food, this is a must try.
