This place has been disappointing time after time. 2 weeks ago I get a bacon egg and cheese and the roll is stale and they barely put any bacon and it's all just egg. Today, I got a bagel with lox spread and I have horrible food poisoning and I had to go to the hospital. Do not come here because they used to be good a few years ago but I'm now learning that they are just bad. Service is bad too, they are too slow!

Correction, it's always the young adults who work there who get your order wrong. They don't know how to cut a bagel and mix up orders allll the time. My husband literally just ordered an egg bagel with lox scallion and an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese but they gave us 2 everything bagels with scallion cream cheese.

So underrated!!! Lived in NY my whole life, and you’d be surprised how many not good bagel places there are. We live near Utopia Bagels and it was amazing until the hype picked up and now it’s over an hour for a bagel, can’t call ahead, etc. we tried top bagel and we’re so happy. We have been going there since and their bagels are phenomenal. I can’t promise your order will be perfect everytime but the bagels are excellent no matter how you like it. They do sell out early sometimes on the weekends though so be mindful, but rightfully so!

I used to come to this place every week. They now have new employees. The bagels are half the size and lack the oomph they had. Also the people manning the deli are new and don't know the difference between a fried egg and a scrambled egg. The also forgot to include the bacon in my sandwich. The place has gone down the tubes. The line used to be out the door on Bell Blvd before on Sunday's. Now there are barely a few people in the store - rightfully so.

This is only bagels in the area that i actually really enjoy. Other ones taste like they could be prepackaged or bought at a supermarket, these are real deal delicious. And the prices are very fair too! Would definitely recommend - don’t listen to the naysayers who run to write a review as soon as someone forgets to give them a napkin, try it for yourself!

I was actually happy that there's a bagel store by my house. But it's always disappointing. I came home after getting bagels. I ordered 2 Egg Everything bagel with lox CC. But they gave me just plain bagel. So I have to wait in line for 10 mins for someone to come to the register to take my order and mess up my order... have the next customer wait 20mins to get served. This is just so ridiculous. ACCORDING TO MY FRIENDS PETER'S HOT BAGEL IS BETTER! My friends say at Peters hot bagel they give you top notch customer service AND THEY MAKE YOUR FOOD CORRECTLY!!!

I don't know where to start, I gave the same order 4 times and in the end I got it wrong, the person at the cash register didn't know and no one helped him, the table was dirty, the service was non-existent and surely they have enjoyed much better bagels than these!I'm sorry, you will have to try hard to become a good shop, courtesy and respect should be one of the first things you do with customers and staff, and unfortunately you don't

Ordered pick up for the first time the other day & im hooked. THE BEST gluten free bagels around. I was just bragging to the staff today how I am completely obsessed.. The staff are always on point and wait time is little to none. I'll be coming here regularly from now on.

I work locally very early and I still have no idea what time this place opens. Some days they open at 6am, others 6:30, and sometimes 7. After waiting till 7:15 and they still haven't opened is ridiculous. Seems they open whenever they feel like it. Every time I go there they're only serving 4 different kinds of bagels because they're out of everything. Price is too high, service is painfully slow. Tire of standing outside, waiting for them to open at various times. Not going to be giving any more of my money to such a poorly run business. Get new management or get out.

Take your business else where. 1 star is generous for this place. Employees are incredibly rude. I ordered a simple bagel with butter and iced coffee. $10! A single bagel is $1.75 and then to add butter is $3.25. An almost $2 up charge for butter is absolutely absurd. I’ll never come here again. The little spot next to the train (literally right next to) is significantly cheaper, taste better, and the employees are super sweet.

Only come here cause it’s right by the train. It’s convenient but if it was a block further down this place wouldn’t be worth a visit. The bagels are consistently stale and disappointing. Not many other alternatives in the area for bagels which is surprising
