This is a small authentic wenzhou cuisine which is hard to find in New York. But people who aren’t familiar with the cuisine should try it if they like Chinese food, but it’s different like other Chinese cuisine. The food is very cheap and it’s delicious to me.

I really enjoyed it, more than I anticipated. Even Chun who wouldn’t eat it unless it’s grilled or deep fried said it was good. He got the beef to be safe and said it was ok. They use different broth for the noodles....
