I called back for the correct meal without touching anything... All the lady did was say no and hung up right away. Another accident happened when they forgot to add soda in the bag.. So obviously I called back for the soda, then the same thing happened. The lady hung up and said they never heard it even though it was on the receipt. Honestly, if the old owner was still here, me and my family wouldn't have to be stressed out about the situations. I think that the old owner should have stayed...

They changed owners and now everything is terrible from the person picking up the phone, food is not the same and delivery person is not friendly. Avoid this place unless you want the person picking up the phone to be rude to you. Never returning!

Never again will I go back to this place I paid 12 dollar for a SMALL tray that look like a 6-7 dollar worth of food and I told them I want it big and got small and I hate the new owner since the old owner was more nicer and know me well and I don’t recommend this spot anymore. Gonna take my $ and business elsewhere from now

Best Chinese food in NY the food quality and freshness is unmatched. The cashier is always polite and friendly and the delivery service is quick. It's rare to find a place that makes everything great no matter what you order but woodside kitchen is that place.

Ordered Sesame Chicken almost every week with how good it was; sauce was nice, rice was fluffy and warm and chicken was especially crispy and crunchy. Not to mention the delivery is faster than you can even take a shower!They changed owners or something (person who takes the phone and even delivery person are different) and unfortunately the place is just meh. The sauce was generic, the chicken is soft and the delivery- honestly I could just walk there myself and walk back and still expect it to come faster.Sorry guys, the OG definitely can't be beat. Just a mid-tier generic chinese takeout place now, unfortunately.
