Haven’t had Xian’s in quite a while had their NS1 today and the flavor was very complex and tingly spicy, like how I remembered it was when they originated, glad to see them going back to their roots for authentic flavor.
I have always felt that this restaurant’s cold noodle soup is the most delicious in Flushing. I ordered 4 portions today. Have you changed the recipe? Every portion is so sour that my mother doesn’t even recognize it. I hope you can change it back to the original recipe and let me know. , I will continue to visit.
