Rubbish! Poor service! Because other customers were smoking in the store and the weather was minus 12 degrees, open the indoor ventilation! There is something wrong! ! ! There is no warm air, so you have to eat without being cold!

Garbage place, unhygienic. This fried pork ribs was so disgusting that three of us vomited all night after eating it.
We often order delivery from this restaurant, but today it’s been over an hour, and the food still hasn’t been prepared. I called the restaurant, and the woman who answered the phone had an extremely rude attitude!

The food is really of a high standard and delicious. It is a hidden version of a good restaurant?. It is a restaurant worth recommending and coming back to eat again. My favorite dessert is sweet potato

We are regular customers of this store because of its proximity, but yesterday's experience left us dissatisfied. The taste of the dishes is difficult to adjust, so let’s not talk about it for now. Let’s talk about two service issues. One is that tipping is not mandatory. If the experience is not good and you are not happy, you don’t have to give it. Besides, if you give it and you are not satisfied, it is very disgusting. The second is that my girlfriend was angry because she left a negative review today, and the owner even made some sarcastic remarks. This is not what the service industry should do. In addition, I am not a good person. It was my fault that my girlfriend left after we had a quarrel yesterday.

In the past, I often went to this restaurant for late-night snacks because I thought it tasted good. But when I ordered the same dish, I found that the ingredients had been cut. The meat used to be lean, but it turned out to be mostly fat. The customer's dining experience was no longer good. , I gave the clerk including the tip at the end of the checkout. She still felt that I didn’t tip, and even reminded me that I didn’t give enough. Tipping in the service industry is not mandatory. If you provide good service, we will give more. No need. Special reminder, thank you!

In the past, the boss and the waiter were afraid that you would order too much! Very comfortable! If you go to the waiter now, I’m afraid you’ll over-order! A piece of advice! Two people asked you to order five dishes and they still said they were about the same! There is no feeling like before! Don't want to go back again

When my family and I went to have New Year's Eve dinner, because we were quite busy, many of the meals were raw or undercooked, such as the Lapis. It took me about two and a half hours to serve them, even though the other meals had already been finished. , and they also have many takeout orders. The New Year’s Eve dinner is very busy and they have to take takeout orders, which is obviously beyond their service capacity. They obviously have no estimate of this situation and will not refuse takeout orders.

Great authentic food! Ordered spicy beef ($20), pepper and beef ($20), squirrel fish($45). I think these are the name. They are not upfront about the cost for the fish. On the menu, the fish is $32 and they gave me two option of fish to choose from. They did not tell me that the fish I picked would cost $13 extra. They have a requirement of minimum 15% tip, which cost me $14 in tip and $7 in tax. When we asked to wrap the rest of the food for takeout , the cashier brought the food into the kitchen with his thumb dipped in the spicy beef soup. I can not describe how disgusted I am. This is extremely disturbing and unsanitary and it’s not okay. If they held by the rim of the bowl, then it’s fine. I don’t understand why the cashier thinks it’s a good idea to dip his thumb in the soup after handling cash all day???Buy the food to go cuz probably not a good idea to dine there

3/5 Food. Hit or miss. Occasionally great, sometimes mid or bleh, one saving grace are the large portions.0/5 Service. Seems one family runs the place and they all have the same attitude. Be prepared for minimal service, no considerations, and to be chased down for additional tips that they’ll want for all the “complimentary” tea, pickles, and that we got any service at all during such a busy night. Don’t speak any English, but fully embracing that tipping culture.1/5 Ambiance. Full of smoking and drinking mid aged Asian men, loud, smoky, crowded and hectic. Fine if the place is empty, probably reconsider if you’re not used to that type of atmosphere.Good food ruined by poor service, if nothing is complimentary and tipping percentage is scaled to party size starting from 2, write it out. Don’t spring it on a guest right after a meal, totally ruined the entire experience. Will not be returning.Update: What a lovely passive aggressive response from the restaurant. Continues to display zero concept of customer service, no attempt at resolution or communication. Oh, completely didn’t address their waitstaff chasing a customer down, blocking their path and demanding more cash on the spot, threatening behavior which we unfortunately gave into. Deplorable behavior all around, shame on you all.
