Super savory, 5/5 for sure. I’m Chinese, so trust me this is 100% authentic, ngl. I ordered lamb meat soup noodles (羊肉烩面) and cold skin noodles (凉皮), all super good. I wish they could open a store in the Midwest, aka the Chinese food desert, so that people can get baptized by this blessing from Henan.

This is a very down to earth spot for northeastern style Chinese food. Their lamb stew or lamb soup noodles are amazing and very clean taste. 松鼠鱼 or sweet and sour fish is crispy and flavorful. Cumin with pork crescent bone also spicy and wild kick. Their pan fried pork buns are also juicy and crispy always sold out after 5pm. Price wise, very community friendly and affordable. Worth a visit specially that lamb.

Their noodle dishes are especially noteworthy—whether stir-fried or served in broth, the texture is perfectly chewy, and the seasoning is well-balanced. Beyond the great flavors, their service is efficient, and the staff is both sincere and attentive. Highly recommended.
