everything was delicious and so cheap! dumplings were excellent, and pork and vegetable bun was nice and crispy on the bottom. our order was ready pretty much right away, everything was fresh and tasted fantastic. definitely would recommend for a quick bite on a nice day!

It's not a restaurant. It's a dumpling stop that has other Chinese goods. I've only had the dumplings and vegetable rolls, which I enjoy very much. I've eaten here and also taken frozen dumplings and they taste the same. They don't tell you how to cook them at home but I know from experience. Incase you need help, you put oil on a pan along with some water and cover them till the water evaporates. Wait to turn them over once your able to pull it off easily. Enjoy!

An absolute MUST in downtown Flushing's Chinatown!
Zhu Ji Dumpling was our first stop after getting off the subway, and it was EXACTLY what we needed.
We came in, paid $10 in cash for 10 dumplings, but ended up being given about double that amount, so each of us ended up with at least 10 each.
The dumplings were pipin' hot, full of meat and flavor, and absolutely PERFECT.
We sat in some of the bar stool seating available with in (it's a very compact space with limited seating), and devoured SO many dumplings all at once.
Very delicious, very appetizing, and prepared JUST right.
Everyone within was extremely friendly, accommodating, and hospitable.
This is an INCREDIBLY underrated spot in Flushing's Chinatown area, and I highly recommend stopping by!

Very bad pork bun. All dough no meat, services rude too. Will never come back

Great pork dumplings! Will definitely come back for more food. This is cash only, take out pace, but there are plenty of food courts around, you can comfortably seat there.

Amazing food, must try
It's one of the places you still can get fast food that is authentic and tasty. They keep their pan fried dumplings on the pan so def get there earlier or else the skin can get a little too hard. The skin isn't too thick and the filling is a good ratio to skin. Their pork and chives pan fried dumpling is heavier on five spice than I prefer. It's juicy even at end of day. They make the sticky rice roll fresh. Savory one is pork floss, pickled mustard green and Chinese donut. I didn't get the sweet one but I think it's crushed peanut, Chinese donut and sugar. The service is friendly and they have all kinds of other treats. It's a take out place and bring cash.

Shout out to @kittycateva on instagram for recommending this place. Fresh, great flavor and very aromatic! I love dumplings and these are the best I’ve had ever. Will come back for other things on the menu as I’m sure they’re just as good. Don’t come for the service, just for the food. Came back for the pork buns and wasn’t disappointed.

Mediocre fried dumplings and buns. A disappointing fried dumplings which is not authentic and not crispy on the bottom of the dumplings or buns. There are many other better places in the area.

Quick and cheap eats at their finest. Solely varied take out dumplings with spicy oil, vinegar, and soy sauce. Delicious reminder that you don’t have to pay a lot for some good eats. Sidewalk dispensary only. 10 pieces for $5.00.

✨ Dumpling heaven unlocked in Flushing! ✨
I had to check out Zhu Ji Dumpling House ….and oh. my. god. WOW, WOW, WOW. 🥟💥
The flavors here are insane, and the best part? Almost everything is under $15! From appetizers to little cultural drinks, it’s a foodie paradise that doesn’t break the bank.
I tried their leek pancake 🥬🍳 (so fluffy, packed with leeks, egg, and hints of garlic just pure flavor magic), the fried small buns 🥯🔥 (4 for just $3 still dreaming about them), and the stir-fried noodles 🍜 (smoky cabbage + savory noodles = perfection).
Every bite had me saying, “I need to come back.” And trust me, I will. 🫶
If you’re in Flushing, run …don’t walk to Zhu Ji Dumpling House! Thank me later. ✨

Their fried dumplings are FIRE!
$5 for 10 pork and chives fried dumplings.
There is a small corner in the store with 2 chairs for you to sit down and eat, but when they are occupied, you can take the dumplings out to eat at a nearby bus stop across the street. PS. Don't forget to add the black vinegar sauce or chilli sauce and grab a fork and some napkins on the counter before you go.
