I cannot say enough good things about this place, especially about Mamun uncle who is the manager here. I had my intimate wedding here and not only was the food absolutely delicious, Mamun uncle was there every step of the way and ensured all the guests were taken care of like he was our own family. I would recommend anyone thinking of throwing any kind of event to call and ask for Mamun uncle because he will do his best to make sure that not only does the event go well, but also take care of all other small details. Our guests also could not agree more. They were surprised by the level of attention, care, and genuineness we received. He and his staff were there from making sure the food was to our liking, following up with guests continuously throughout the wedding, and even collaborated with our decorators to ensure everything was set before the event. I will definitely use their services in the future, and I highly recommend you do the same.

My partner called a day in advance to come here with some of our family and friends after our city hall wedding. Mamun received us, and we explained to him how our wedding time got delayed and we were now on a time crunch and a bit worried of missing a flight. Mamun was very thoughful abd offered to do his best to serve our food in the next 15-20 minutes. He gave us recommendations on the best dishes to order that would be ready quickly. He definitely delivered his promise, all the food really arrived very quickly, and it was hot and delicious. He accommodated our requests in a very efficient and pleasant manner. We fully recommend this place and we thank Mamun for his kindness and thoughtfulness on our special day!

I recently had my Nikkah event here, and I can honestly say I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning any type of event — whether it’s a small gathering or a large celebration, Nikkah, Holud, reception, or anything else.

Tarek Bhai and Mamun Bhai were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make the event special for us. The stage and decorations were beautifully done and exactly what they promised.

What made me even more confident choosing this venue is that three of my close friends have also had their events here over the past four years, and every single experience has been great.

I’ve attended many weddings at different halls, but this place honestly had some of the best food out of all of them. So many guests came up to us during and after the event talking about how much they loved the food.

Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish. Highly, highly recommend this place — truly a 10/10!

My Nikkah took place here this past Saturday & heed my warning: do NOT book with this place. Would be one star if it wasn’t for the chef. He is the ONLY reason this place is getting the extra star. And with that, i do believe my father speaking to him in advance and giving him a tip days before our event is the reason he prioritized our dishes being made well. The chefs work was phenomenal and he deserves to be somewhere with higher prestige. That being said, Mamun, the manager is HORRIBLE. From the day I met him, i already anticipated there would be issues. Starting when he told me it would cost $500 for him to change the floor plan. Unfortunately, i did not read the other reviews prior to booking so I used those to warn my parents of the problems other clients faced after. It was not enough as we faced the same issues. Our event was extremely rushed and despite having booked the venue for 5 hours, our guests did not get to experience that full allotted time. Aside from the fact that apps were removed rapidly, Mamun began bringing out dinner and pestering our MC to announce dinner before the ceremonial traditions were completed. Not only that, but dinner was very rushed for our guests as well. We had the venue booked until 12am. Mamun had his servers eyeing each table like hawks, removing plates as soon as anybody got up, whether they were finished with their food or not. Many of our guests watched as their food got taken before they got a chance to finish it, some before they even started. The food was great but unfortunately, a lot of our guests were unable to enjoy it. We received lots of complaints about the poor service the following day.
Another big issue was the cake. Not only was Mamun incapable of deciphering which of the three cakes was for the cake cutting ceremony (only one was three tiered and decorated, the others sheet cakes), he cut up and served our ceremonial cake after being explicitly told not to. My friend was able to sneak three slices away for us, which i later asked them three times to pack away and they never did. He also lied to my parents that he gave us a cake as well. The only cakes out were the ones we brought.
Then came time for the party to end. Reminder, we had this venue booked until 12am. He began telling our MC to announce that everyone is to be out of the hall by 11:30pm. By 11:30, he began pushing our guests out and rushing them to leave as his waitstaff began cleaning up. My family is extremely displeased by Mamun and service he provided.
Warning to all families and brides. DO NOT BOOK HERE. MAMUN NEEDS TO BE FIRED. I imagine he must have some sort of relationship with the owners since majority of the negative reviews are regarding him and his behavior toward paying guests. Atrocious.
