My work assignment for the day brought me to Austin Street/Forest Hills and needing a decent meal, I chose to place an online order for pickup @ this location. I haven't ate from here in quite some time, and the mixed reviews had me a bit weary. I entered, the ordering line was fairly long, and all the employees were busy busy. I patiently waited near the register, and the cashier asked if I was picking up. I sated my name, and she went as far as going down the prep line...

This review is for Nayeli.\nShe is extremely young, extremely \naccommodating and extremely courteous.\nThere are far too many positives \npertinent to her outstanding customer \nexperience and interpersonal skills to list \nhere, however, she is truly worthy of mention.\nOn so many occasions she has exceeded her \nresponsibilities and provided an exceptional \ndining experience. She is incredibly respectful\nto the patrons and works diligently to ensure \neveryone is content....

no beef whatsoever with it, very average, food serves decently well, decent quality service, no complaints, also its a crowded area so harder to be exceptional
