Last time I ever come here. First time I ordered munchkins in the morning and they were all old and stale. The cashier told me they were leftovers from the day before. She offered me new ones and then gave me other ones that were also stale. Today I went again to order the $3 cold brew and it was almost all cream even though I ordered only 3 creams. I also ordered less ice and the drink was full of it; the cold brew itself was merely a splash. Since the $3 deal is popular they probably don't want their cold brew to run out....my best advice to others is to order the drink with milk/cream on the side and avoid any sort of pastries in the morning.

The donuts were stale. We are valued clients of DD bec why not, dunkin is good, but not in this location. Its disappointing and i dont know if DD sells heart shaped a week after valentines day, but regardless, i served stale donuts and my daughter told me that they also had an experience there, that their donuts were like that.. The only good thing here was the staff, they're nice and smiling when they serve..

I do not recommend this location. I live in Forest Hills. 71st ave. Service is unacceptable. I lost money three times paying and having to leave empty handed. They should close this one down or get employees who serve instead of talk sxxx. Dear SOUTHLAND! I’m writing to SOUTHLAND to report this location period. It doesn’t take 15 minutes to make a cup of coffee without a line !

Not easy to find parking but service is quick and nice and the food tastes
Bad customer service. The line was going on forever when I got there around 7:10 pm, on my way home from the subway. I figured I’d get myself a little treat after a long day of work. The line took forever then when she got to me, I couldn’t even order an iced latte because just then, she decided she was going to clean the latte machine. I would have to wait around an extra 20 minutes at least before the machine was done cleaning, if I wanted my latte. Meanwhile I have a responsibility to get home to my kids. I don’t have the luxury of waiting around after having been gone from home for 12 hours. I asked her why she would not wait until the line died down at least, before starting to clean the machine. Then I turned around and walked out. Bad customer service at best. The donut selection is also lousy at this time. I won’t be returning to this junky Dunkin’ Donuts.To add insult to injury: A rude guy in a wheelchair was being so nasty to me, on top of everything else. Because I had my headphones on and couldn’t hear him say excuse me. Not my problem that he felt embarrassed because I couldn’t hear him, only to take it out on me. Nastiness comes in all forms, seriously.

I went to purchase a pumpkin doughnut. I noticed the cashier throwing away doughnuts which shouldve been a red flag. The lady placed 3 in my bag. When I got home I bit into one and it was very hard and stale. I threw the whole bag away. I will no longer come to this location.
