Dunkin' has recently improved its coffee, now consistently serving creamy and sweet cups every time. The donuts are also fresh and soft. The staff is very pleasant and friendly, making it a great spot for kids. The ambiance is nice, and the food and drinks are nicely presented. Customers appreciate the consistent quality of drinks, especially the frozen caramel crème coffee, which is now often delicious thanks to a kind and attentive staff member. The location is a favorite for many, with some mentioning they come every morning and experience no problems. However, there was an incident where an older staff member yelled at a customer over a wrong order, but she later apologized. Overall, it remains a great place to stop in for a morning pick-me-up.
