Every time I order a bagel or donut in the morning they are stale. This has happened on several occasions. Very frustrating.

Placed my order online so I didn’t have to wait, had to wait. The woman couldn’t find my name and then when she did she had to go and make my order that I placed a while back before I went to pick it up. Got burnt bacon and not only one piece but multiple pieces and let’s not talk about how dirty the place was. Also the woman who was suppose to be making the meals was on her phone and it was on speaker? This location is absolutely disgusting.

This might be the unfriendliest Dunkin Donuts in NYC. The guys that work at this location suck. They never change gloves and act as if you are interrupting them when you order crude attitudes. Whoever owns this store is losing business this attitude has been going on for awhile now. August 14th 6:10 I will never go back.

one of the worst dunkin’s i’ve been too .. waited forever on the line. worker tried to argue with me about what i wanted to ordered. kissed her teeth and rolling her eyes because she can barely understand english and trying to argue with customers like just do your job. her other coworker had to tell her relax because she was just doing too much. filthy inside & only 2 workers trying to work both sides
