I come here all the time. And one day I have noticed that they have a mouse trap underneath the counter where they make coffees and bagels. This has shocked me because I thought their service had no rodent problems, but when I have noticed this mouse trap underneath the counter as you can see in the photo where they make coffees and food! This was very surprising. This shows to me that these workers and business are unsanitary. I am very grossed out and I’m never coming here again.

This Dunkin' Donuts experience was pretty disappointing. It's not about the food or the vibe; it's all about the consistently lousy customer service.Whenever we swing by, there's this rushed feeling when ordering. No matter how friendly we try to be, the guy on the night shift always acts like it's a big bother. One night, we just wanted some ice cream, and Dunkin' was the only option around. But his attitude totally killed our little outing.Then there's the hazelnut syrup incident. We asked for it, they took our order, and instead of saying they were out, they served us hazelnut-flavored coffee that tasted way different. It's like swapping an orange in a fruit mix for an orange-flavored piece of bread – just ridiculous. Only when we asked did they finally admit they ran out, and of course, with that same "don't bother us" attitude.I'll give this place a couple more tries, but I'm going to start paying attention to who's at the cashier. There's no reason we should feel like we're inconveniencing them by choosing to give them our business.

This has the be one of the cleanest well run Dunkin I have seen. There is never a wait as the staff takes the order quickly and gets the order done correctly just as quickly. Such a joy to come to this Dunkin.

I Wish i can put a zero this place is absolutely horrible and has the worst service. I went to buy a birthday cake iced latte and when I received my drink there was absolutely no flavor of the cake batter and no whipped cream when I asked for it. By the way I got the same drink the day before from a different Dunkin and it was super delicious. This shows the lack of effort the workers put in to the work. Now this is not the first time they got my order wrong I went today and I asked for a caramel iced latte with Whipped cream. I get my drink and no whipped cream and absolutely no Carmel flavor it was just coffee. I asked the worker there if she could put whipped cream and gave me attitude because she said I didn’t ask for it when I did because I had the prove on the receipt.All and all don’t waist your time here the service is horrible and the drinks are worse.
