Just visit this Dunkin to get a medium caramel coffee.I have gone to many Dunkin from here all the way down to Florida and not once have I ever had to pay an extra 10 cent per pump when I asked for extra pumps of flavor.I will never be coming to this Dunkin ever again.

I went in today to purchase a latte and munchkins. I informed her I was using my app to redeem the latte and the lady screamed at me I should have ordered the correct latte when the app didn’t specify which latte was free this lady is extremely unprofessional, nasty and disgusting. She should be ashamed of herself.clearly she wasn’t trained in customer service.

Probably one of the worst dunkins you can ever go to. Nobody knows how to do their jobs.

First I will say that they do make the best iced caramel latte in the area however, it is so annoying that they have a pick up table for online orders yet the orders are never there. The girl doing the cooking most of the days will see loads of people standing there waiting to pick up and just walk past you multiple times. It only takes a few seconds to call out some names. They told another customer that they cannot put the drinks at the pick up station because they had issues with people stealing drinks which I assume to be because of the large amount of unruly high school kids that swarm the place during school season. It is understandable that they are afraid of drinks being stolen but then you must call out orders! I order on my way to work at least 15 minutes before I get there and still have to wait another 15 before someone thinks to call out my order. Not sure if she is the manager but the loudest one in the hat is the rudest one as well and told her co worker to "shut up already". She also makes comments after customers ask for things. For example someone asked for a refund and she said "it's very busy, why did you order then we don't have time" Only one nice worker in the whole place not sure of anyones names but she is short. she seems overwhelmed by their bulls***. And they could really use some kind of music in this place it is so awkwardly quiet in here and I can hear everyone's conversations.

Had coffee donut and peach passion fruit iced refresher. The refresher was low on sugar but otherwise fine. Service was quick in spite of the parade crowd. Great location.

Horrible horrible horrible. Service was pathetic. People were walking out cause it was taking almost 20 min for a live that was short. Employees looked overwhelmed and again they didn't have a lot of customers. Disrespectful. The staff doesn't greet or have any manners. I will never go there again. New management needed.
I order from the app all the time since I just get something while on my way to work and I've noticed that only the male worker that there, he has like glasses on, he's very chill and nice and he makes the drinks with more detail unlike the female workers from the customer service I have received. Also if you have a car, street parking is the worst for this store.b
