First I will say that they do make the best iced caramel latte in the area however, it is so annoying that they have a pick up table for online orders yet the orders are never there. The girl doing the cooking most of the days will see loads of people standing there waiting to pick up and just walk past you multiple times. It only takes a few seconds to call out some names. I order from the app all the time since I just get something while on my way to work and I've noticed that only the male worker that there, he has like glasses on, he's very chill and nice and he makes the drinks with more detail unlike the female workers from the customer service I have received. Also if you have a car, street parking is the worst for this store.b
