Terrible sandwich. This the second time and the bagel is toasted to rubber. I asked the guy to toast it lighter to see if that would help but barelySomething is wrong with the setting because a bagel should not be so rubbery that you cannot bite it and have to tear it with your teeth like an animal . Then when I had to do this, the sandwich went flying across the table. Please adjust and see what the sandwich maker is doing with the bagels. Also, I shouldn't have to ask him to cut it in two. A sandwich is normally served cut in two unless the customer says otherwise. When it wasn't cut in two on my first visit I said nothing. The second visit I asked that it be cut in two and the sandwich maker was clearly upset that I asked. He gave me a dirty look. Unacceptable. This is the worst DD I have been to and i have been to MANY . TERRIBLE customer service and sandwich. Lucky I gave it a 2..that's for location . Thank you.

Service slow..!!! they work backwards simple order took 10 minutes, employee give more credits to multiple orders no that single. Poor performance needs to improvement.

Usually I hurry in the morning, I pre order items for pick up, but almost everytime they miss something in the bag. After third time I tried to contact Dunkin customer service but they never replied. Good coffee but terrible service!Update as of 12.25.23They forgot my donut again! Unresponsible people!

I just ordered on Uber Eats ....... I'm upset no straw in my order and my bagel wasn't cut in half , I mean large iced coffee and u forget a straw ! Horrible

not sure why everything here is so expensive compared to any other dunkin in NYC Even including manhattan. on top of that the iced coffee is so bad it looks like iced tea. really don't go here there's a starbucks across the street that's actually CHEAPER!
It's impossible for any employee here to follow directions for a drink, they literally don't care what you ask for and just throw slop together and call it coffee, when in reality it's all milk and sugar. On top of that the employees are incredibly rude and the store is always messy. Tried to give them a couple of chances but never again.

5914 Beach Channel Dr, Queens, NY 11692Today I placed an order online for (1) lg hot chocolate and (4) coffee cake muffins as advertised on their website but to my surprise when my order was delivered there was (4) muffins but not what I had ordered so I took the (4) muffins back to the location and demanded a refund and gotten my money back $12.49 and gave them back their unwanted items this particular store should be closed. Their products are always stale, they never have what you want the put the dunkin donut as a whole to shame (no punt intended) I wish there was a Starbucks there instead.Enormously Frustrated
