Terrible sandwich. This the second time and the bagel is toasted to rubber. I asked the guy to toast it lighter to see if that would help but barelySomething is wrong with the setting because a bagel should not be so rubbery that you cannot bite it and have to tear it with your teeth like an animal . Usually I hurry in the morning, I pre order items for pick up, but almost everytime they miss something in the bag. After third time I tried to contact Dunkin customer service but they never replied. Good coffee but terrible service!Update as of 12.25.23They forgot my donut again! Unresponsible people!

not sure why everything here is so expensive compared to any other dunkin in NYC Even including manhattan. on top of that the iced coffee is so bad it looks like iced tea. really don't go here there's a starbucks across the street that's actually CHEAPER!
