I'll start with the good. Nice employees and good location.
They don't let you use the bathroom and tried to charge extra for a flavor swirl.
Customers are your lifeblood. Trying to nickel and dime them and restricting access to a biological human need isn't a good look.

I had a wonderful experience at the Dunkin' in Forest Hills. The entire shop is clean, and both the stocks and the condiment counter are neatly arranged. The trash bins are covered and regularly emptied, keeping the area tidy. Walking into this store feels like entering a library because it is so peaceful and quiet. It is the perfect spot for some quality me-time, and I will definitely be coming back.

Dunkin' is a well-run establishment with quick service and accurate orders. Regulars are greeted warmly, making it a welcoming place. While some experienced occasional mistakes in orders, the overall atmosphere is friendly. The app ordering system is convenient, but some customers noted issues with substitutions without confirmation. Overall, Dunkin' provides a pleasant experience with room for improvement in order accuracy and attention to detail.
