Got a yummy smoothie and chocolate croissant!! The atmosphere is perfect. I'm very much into art, so I felt right at home in this artsy café.

This review is strictly about the coffee. There’s a significant opportunity for this business to capitalize on its location in what I’d call a café desert. south Forest Hills (Metro Blvd area). There isn’t a single café nearby consistently producing a good cup of coffee, drip or espresso. Most offerings are burned or over extracted, resulting in harsh, bitter drinks.

Coffee itself isn’t complicated, but it requires people who care and understand what they’re making. It’s clear the owners understand the importance of quality beans, given their selection of single origin Intelligentsia coffees. However, the final product suffers due to the human element proper dialing-in, consistency, and attention to detail. The equipment is solid; the issue is execution.

I’ve seen cafés in Forest Hills with only slightly better coffee have lines out the door. The owner here is lovely, and as a small family-owned business, I understand coffee quality may not be the top priority. That said, many people including myself would love this to be our go to morning spot. There is virtually no serious competition in the area, so the upside is huge.

My sister, niece, nephew and I have been to this place and that this place is a coffee shop in the front and pottery in the back. The place was full of people this is because people were paying for the thing that they make, snacks, and pottery. Also, that my nephew got a bag of chips. The service was wonderful.

They refused to honor the prices that were posted on the board behind the counter, claiming oh those are the old prices

Stumbled across this place by searching ‘Coffee Shops’ on Google Maps. It was nice to sit, drink an espresso, eat a pastry and keep going on my walk. Gave me nostalgia from one of my Europe trips. Was a nice experience and if I’m town, would come again :)
