This is THE place to get amazing Japanese food. Everything is done with care. More than a sushi restaurant - they have delicious udon / grilled chicken/ miso cod etc. Forest hills is lucky to have Katsuno!
Very good sushi. Super fresh. The food is really great, but their prices are definitely expensive . Maybe if you were getting more of a vibe or at least a bar, it might justify. But the food really is great.
Katsuno is a true gem of a place. It’s easily my favorite restaurant of my life. I love everything about it. The food, the service, the aura of the place, the jazz that plays while you eat. The food is authentic, good quality and made with skill and love.The menu is quite traditional and simple made with beautiful technique and feels like you are in Japan. I am so happy this place exists in Queens.
