This place is a gem! Hard to find places like this in our day and age. Nicks son is an amazing host, on top of everything. Watching him work is an experience of its own aside from the amazing food and ambiance of the place. Worth the try even if it’s busy. 12/10 would come back!

Great pizza! The menu is limited to basically only customizable (with toppings) pizza and salads, but that's what makes it great! They have one job and they're great at it

Best pizza in the neighborhood for sure. High quality ingredients (which does drive up the cost), old school pizza shop vibes inside down to the super comfortable booths. Highly recommend.

Also family friendly and has enough space so you don't feel in the way with a stroller.

I’ve had plenty of pizza, and I can truly say I don’t know how they call what the serve pizza. I got the small pie with chicken as a topping. They gave me what seemed to be boiled chicken on the pizza and nothing had any flavor. I wouldn’t classify this as a pizza place, they sell hot circles of unflavored garbage.

I had high expectations. Pizza lookes nice from the top but was totally burnt at the bottom.

Small pizza restaurant noted for charred (burnt) crust! If you like blackened crust this is your goal place. I had a calzone with spinach and garlic. The calzone came and was the right price for the size. However the spinach was not sautéed with the garlic and then added to the calzone being cooked together! It was boiled plain spinach with raw garlic added to the calzone as either an after thought or a whoops!? I asked the waitress manager about this and she said they had no facility to cook or saute the spinach and garlic together! Yet no mention of this on menu or by server.
They are not easily handicapped accessible and I couldn't see where the bathroom was?

They strike me as a pizzeria that took in some tables converted from storefront pizza shop selling slices to catholic school kids at lunch! They converted by bringing in 12 or 15 tables when the neighborhood became gentrified. Minimal decor, old tables even older tasting pizza. This was my birthday lunch from my son. Unfortunately it was not a good choice for me. The golden point was my spouse and I cooked the calzone more in the next week and after more cooking the garlic mellowed a little and was more tolerable in taste.

Limited menu, mostly delicious thin crust pizza varieties from small, medium, large with many fresh option. Great, huge canzone with fresh ricotta and mozzarella, and your ask for filling. Ice coffees and desert. Service is second to none. Been going there for 25 years. Glad they reopened after a fire.
