The Bagel Spot couldn’t find our order through Door Dash, that I was literally showing them on my app. They argued with me for 10 minutes over whether or not I actually placed the order that was right in front of them. They refused to give me the food I already paid for. My husband had to come in and share the same information I did, for them to listen or offer a solution. After a long time of trying to get things sorted out we finally left with the food we ordered 45 minutes earlier, only to see they did not include tomatoes on my Greek salad.

We love the place but unfortunately the music is so loud that we have to shout to order our food. Please, lower down the music the costumers will really appreciate it. Thanks!

Every weekend I go to visit my mom and get her.a bagel with lox and cream cheese from this store. She loves the food. The service is quick and they are really nice besides being fast. I like that they have lots of options including yummy desserts and other spreads for the bagel. Highly recommend this spot for bagels
