Part of my rating is just a celebration that they even *have* buffalo sauce, but also the chicken and fries were both the good crispy kind.
5 tender combo meal, $13, really not a bad price. I thought the buffalo sauce wasn’t like the best ever, but it also was fine and I was glad to have it. Default for a 5 piece should prob be two sauces. Thats all!

I tried Smokey Chick for the first time and was honestly really impressed. The chicken pieces were huge, fried perfectly, and tasted fresh — with actual flavor in the batter. I was pleasantly surprised, especially compared to Pelicana, which I’ve found pretty bland in comparison.
It’s a tiny, hole-in-the-wall spot, but the people running it were professional, friendly, and very efficient. The customer service was genuinely great.

Smokey Chick serves fresh and well-seasoned chicken, not too salty like some places. The restaurant is known for its good service, with friendly and polite staff who provide quick and thorough assistance. The Chicken Sandwich, smash burger, and Gyro are all must-tries. The perfectly fried chicken, Chicken Sandwich, and even the fries are amazing, good and crispy. The mix platter that includes chicken and lamb is also a hit. The atmosphere is light and airy, and the store is clean, making it a pleasant spot for dining. The prices are reasonable. Vegetarian options, such as felaffel over rice, are available as well. Smokey Chick is more of a takeout place, but it still offers a welcoming environment for those who choose to dine in.
