I had the Sliced Nova with Cream Cheese bagel, Amazing! The service was prompt and friendly by all the front-facing staff and manager. Lastly the space is well decorated and a warming atmosphere on a cold day. Perfectly situated across the park to enjoy your bagel outside.Great spot to visit!

While I just started going here for a breakfast sandwich, I have noticed that every time I return the sandwich is less and less appealing, the sandwich was made extremly sloppy, bacon was NOT well done as requested, asked for 2 eggs only got one ( paid for 2). Service is really slipping especially at the grill.

My husband picked up some bagels for me when I was sick at NorthShore Hospital and I have to say it brought me back to life. The bagels were tasty, freshly baked and just filled with pure yummiest. I hate being sick but the sesame bagel and raisin bagel made me feel so much better when I was sick. I recommend this bagel shop if you want to get the best tastiest bagels around.

"Everything" Bagels that are more bland than a slice of white bread--Cool spot, subpar food, gross service, expired drinks. I gave this place two chances. Both times, the beverages I purchased tasted off and turned out to have "Sell By" dates over 30 days past. Both times, my bacon/egg/cheese sandwiches tasted like rancid, oxidized cooking oil, like I was eating from a fast food grease trap. Both times, my bagels were tough, dry, and extremely bland, even despite being toasted.The first time, my cook messed up my 2-sandwich order. The second time, I ordered each sandwich separately due to the demonstrated incompetence, and the cook made it clear he didn't like making each sandwich individually.Too bad.Do better.They get one extra star only because the cafe itself is cute and cozy, and their apple streudels are admittedly delicious. Still, this place ain't it.
