I visited Paris Baguette in Forest Hills today and witnessed a very disappointing scene involving an employee named Mike. An elderly woman quietly approached the counter asking about her heated food, and instead of assisting her kindly, Mike raised his voice, saying that her order had already been called earlier. It was heartbreaking to see such disrespect toward a senior who clearly had trouble hearing. Shortly after, another older customer received similarly cold and dismissive treatment. This type of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a place that serves a diverse community. Paris Baguette should ensure all staff treat every guest, especially seniors, with patience, respect, and basic kindness.

My sister and I have been to this place and got croissants from this place and that they were good to eat. The service was wonderful. The atmosphere was that there were people in there, people were busy taking the food that they wanted and drinking in there.
An ideal baked goods store with almost every baked treat you can imagine . Has both sweet and savoury delicasies . Quality and quantity for the price is also very worth it . Even the coffee hit the right spots. Really recommend if you enjoy baked treats like crossaints , donuts , sandwiches , scrolls, cakes and a lot more !
Yesterday I ordered a cake for a special occasion and I sent it to pick up today with a friend, she approached the cashier and showed them the photo of the order and they gave her a box, half an hour after that a girl called me to apologize because they sent pastries instead of the cake, when I got to the place where my friend was (not close at all) I made sure that they were wrong and I called the place back and the response from the manager was too rude, rude, that person I should not be in charge of customer service, I sincerely do not recommend this branch due to the lack of empathy, poor organization, disrespect and for not being able to help their customers solve something that was the store's mistake for having sent something incorrect
Could heat up my baguette, couldnât cut it.
The employee named Christian in the front is so rude. I got a sandwich and asked to get it heated up. He handed it to me with no bag???? I know a bag is now 5 cents but he didnt offer that to me or else i wouldve paid the 5 cents. The other girl with the curly hair is the best! Always happy and positive attitude but that guy christian was so moody. Maybe bc he was the only one at the register. Maybe management needs to add someone else to help out

To start out the place was gross when I went. It smelt, the floors and counters were dirty, and the food cases didnât look nice. It really looks much worse on the inside than what should belong in the neighborhood which is a shame because the chain isnât that bad itself. The coffee was fine. The charge for non dairy milk is way too much. Never came to this location before but stopped as a last minute cup of coffee. Wonât come back, Gregoryâs is better just a few doors down.

I am a frequent customer at Paris Baguette in Commack, Long Island. It is one of my favorite places to stop and get coffee and pastries with my family. I found this location during a doctors appointment I had in forest hills and decided to stop by.
1. There were barely any pastries or food out on the shelves. Those that were, looked misplaced and unorganized. Now I'm sure that's from the customer's moving things around but in other locations I have been to, I ALWAYS see someone tending to the pastries and the display of food. Refreshing things that have been out long and sorting things in places they belong. That was not happening in this location.
2. I ordered a latte with cold foam. I was told they don't have cold foam. I then asked about the sweet cream. They didn't have that either. Confused, I thought maybe they ran out. I'm sure it's possible but I wish it was clear if that was the case vs the young man just saying they don't have it. Especially since it's posted on the menu and I've ordered it several times at other locations. Clarity would be nice since the server didn't seem too pleasant.
3. The place can use some organization. Maybe I can blame that on the customer's there that day but it looked as if nothing had been cleaned or organized. Again, could be due to a smaller space with lots more people. Not too sure but didn't feel like it was worth going back and that's unfortunate because I truly enjoy Paris Baguette over other coffee places.

Today was my daughterâs birthday. We ordered a cake, which we ordered two days ago online. This afternoon the cake arrived. When we opened the box, the top part was melted. Itâs was messed up! This cake was about $60!! Then, when we contacted the bakery, they said âthatâs not our fault, call the delivery guy.â Totally disappointed and upset. We had buy a new one. Never buying and recommending to buy cake from this store from delivery!!đđĄ
