I'm very disappointed today in how an Uber Eats delivery was handled by cashier/ front desk employee Gram. I called because I did not receive my chicken panini sandwich and so I called to inquire and let them know I'd be reordering, but to make up for the mistake I'd really appreciate an orange juice instead of the fry as I had already received an order of fries with no sandwich and additional order because they are just so good. In fact the last time I went there...
I've wanted to give this everything from a 2.5* to 3.5* so I'll split the difference and give it three starts.The Good: La Colombe beans are pretty good and they (generally) prepare it well. This ends up being one of the better unflavored lattes in the area, which counts for a fair amount! Service is extremely quick and you can always get a table.The Not-So-Good: Staff is consistently unfriendly and rarely goes the extra mile. Even basic things like getting a straw...
I had the lamb gyro special, and it was...odd. Standard tasty lamb gyro but with large chunks of cucumber and wilted romaine lettuce. The menu said on pita but it came on a whole wheat tortilla (please update the menu).Luckily it was assembled and packed neatly so I could remove the lettuce, but I wouldn't recommend this item.I saw some others eating different soup, sandwiches, and fries that looked good, so maybe I'll try again in the future.
