One of my favorite spots of this chain in the city — Shake Shack! I come here often and love trying different burgers or my all-time favorite milkshakes. The Cookies flavor is absolutely the best (sorry, Oreo fans!). I’ve already made all my friends fall in love with it too. Everything here is always clean, quick, and delicious. The team is super friendly — if you don’t understand something or feel like you’ve been waiting too long, they’ll always explain and help with a smile. Thank you, guys! Somewhat unlike Shake Shack near Time Square, the food especially the burger patties are not great. This was my two recent experiences with this Forest Hills location.
The crew was swamped today but they were still very attentive and very nice. Especially Caren!!! #givecarenaraise!!! Serious tho the food was great and service was amazing 10/10 would come again just for the crew that worked tonight!!

Terrible! Used to be good but now it’s not good anymore.I ordered cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato and I got plain cheeseburger 😓cheese fries was cold and cheese on top of the fries was so tick , I couldn’t eat it. Very disappointed. Btw it was Forest Hills location.
