I don't usually comment on the restaurants. but this restaurant is the best Italian restaurant around the neighborhood! I can't recommend this place enough! owners are friendly and the food? Forget about it! try the any pasta dishes here and you will not be regretted! and pizzas are amazing too! if you want to have a nice dinner with your family, your spouse, or your friends. it doesn't matter! you will be very happy with the food and the drinks here!

Love the feel of this place. Old school Italian owner making the best negronis in Forest hills so far ;)
Also had the bolognese which I thought was pretty good.

Extremely friendly staff. We are regulars here and have had the pleasure to get to know the staff and learn some of the nuances of their dishes. They are pretty busy over the weekend but we rarely had to wait long for a table for two. In this photo you can see a pizza that we enjoyed but I am also a fan of their eggplant dish served with a side of pasta (also a good vegetarian option). I can't speak highly enough of this spot. If you come on a Tuesday or Wednesday then you can also enjoy the ambiance at your leisure.

This restaurant will be my first and last time ever coming! I never felt so disrespected. I arrived with my wife well before the grace period. The restaurant over books people and there’s only one person serving the food we noticed.
There was nobody to greet at the front door which is a red flag (looks like the restaurant is cutting back on costs) we waited another additional 10 minutes. We were told to wait without any explanation how long. First impressions are extremely important.
When I took the express bus I used to see this restaurant all the time. I should have been looking at Portofino instead.
We ended up walking out and going to Portofino where we had a fabulous time. There was someone to greet us at the front. The tables were also clothed.
Tuscan Hills is a disgrace to Italian restaurants!

Food is heavy and delicious. Service can be amazing. Atmosphere is a little charming.
I enjoy their food. Especially their specialty with the seafood with a baked bread.
Service is good. They are always changing our dishes and the food comes fast.
Ambiance can be great. Easy on the ear to talk.

The atmosphere is beautiful. Best to go during the week when it’s less busy, unless you enjoy big crowds. The food is excellent, and the service is just as good.

My mother and I went for her bday. I was able to get delicious gluten free options. Their pasta and pizza were gluten free and it was delicious. Definitely will go again.
I like this place, it’s quaint and wholesome. The place is a little worn down but I guess that’s the charm of it. The restrooms are suspect and not clean for the two times I’ve been there, my wife did not like that at all.
First time I went the food was AMAZING.. we ordered a Buffalo Mozzarella cheese Stuffed ravioli in a pesto olive oil sauce. That was amazing very tasteful not too salty. My son had a personal Pan pizza and my daughter had Plain fettuccine With crispy chicken. They bring out really good bread with a salty dipping oil. It seems like it was like Minced black olives with Olive oil, That was really good salty but tasteful. One thing I really gotta give to them that I haven’t Mentioned is their incredibly delicious tiramisu.. It was creamy perfect sweetness melts in your mouth 10 out of 10. And I’m gonna tell you something I am not a big fan of tiramisu, but this was just amazing.
The bill wasn’t crazy But after going home, we saw that the waitress double charged us for two orders of Fettuccine. I mean it was $14 extra. I was a little peeved, but I got over it.
The second time I went there, I ordered the Penne à la vodka with sautéed chicken And my wife ordered the chicken Parm with penne pasta. My dish was OK but my wife’s dish was terrible. The chicken was way overdone and rubbery, and the cheese on top didn’t taste too good. I’ll probably won’t come back here for a while maybe a year or two. But overall, I highly advise to try the stuffed Ravioli with buffalo mozzarella.
Enjoyed their lunch special one afternoon. Had stracciatella soup for the first time. I ordered the Pasta Al Forno while my husband enjoyed the Chicken Parm Hero. Cannot go wrong from their prix fixe menu.
