“My experience was great with the guy that took my order he was just perfect. Except I don't understand why they don't let people use the bathroom because sometimes you want to go to use the bathroom and on your way out of the bathroom you're going to want to order something so that should be taken into consideration and it has nothing to do with the guy that took the order that's my own personal opinion.“

“Had a great coffee date with my children, you never can go wrong with coffee and donuts. The cashier was sweet, the place was clean overall but over heard an employee trash talking a customer that came in and everyone in the entire Dunkin could hear her. I even said something to her about it because it was involving a lady and her service dog, and as a reminder if we don't have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all!“

“I was in early this morning to pick up a mobile order and the app had a malfunction notifying me 11 mins before my arrival. I called to troubleshoot the order and they immediately got to work on the order. It was a large order and it was ready by the time I arrived. This level of customer service is hard to find and greatly appreciated!“

“I know better than go to this particular one. Fries were so hard they were more like chips couldnt even eat them and the burgers weren't even put together looked more like they just threw it in the wrapper/box and they were all cold and the service was soo slow for almost 20 minutes no cars moved so I thought ok they are making fresh food its worth the wait, but instead tasted like we got last week's leftovers. Absolutely disgusting and wasted money ... DO NOT GO TO THE SOUTH GLENS FALLS LOCATION!!!!“
