“In 2012 I was heading back to California, disc golfing my way across each state after being a spectator at the Disc Golf World's Championship in Charlotte, NC. I was getting gas and saw Mernie's bar across the street so I asked the cashier if it was an ok place a stranger could go in and they said absolutely. This place was so amazing I was drinking red bulls as I was car camping, and the lady bar tending was kind, I shot pool with a father and his son, and the atmosphere was great people even better. Ty for your kindness“

“We stopped in here for a quick bite to eat on our travels back home. I got the pulled pork personal sized nachos with sour cream and guacamole. The pulled pork was absolutely delicious and I doubt you would be disappointed with their pulled pork sandwich. The nachos were really good and was the perfect size meal for me. My wife got the buffalo chicken wrap with onion rings and also enjoyed her meal. It's a good size restaurant with a bar and our waitress was super friendly and did a great job as a server.“

“The Rock is a family owned business that shows that they care about their customers. Clean fun atmosphere with many games and activities. They offer different events throughout the year like pig roasts, bands and more. Dave and Robin the owners are community oriented people who have had benefits and run can drives from their redemption center. If you are ever in the Hudson Falls area stop and have a drink and say Hi they will welcome you like family. I highly recommend the trip.“

“We found this little treasure from a recommendation at an Air BNB. We loved that it opened early. It was a historic place in a cute little town setting. Our waitress was very nice. Prices were great. Food was excellent, and a great way to start our day!!“
