“Burgers are delicious. The ambiance is nothing to write home about, but I went there for a juicy burger and got one. I've visited several times and enjoyed every visit. We got our food quickly each time and the people were friendly. The only issue we had was someone touching her face with her gloves on then our food.“

The service leaves much to be desired, with frequent mix-ups and forgotten orders, especially when parked to wait for food. Additionally, the food quality tends to be subpar, often lacking freshness. It's become a routine to double-check my bag before leaving, as missing items are all too common. Even requesting condiments at the window doesn't guarantee they'll make it into your bag. The long lines and crowded parking area further exacerbate the frustration, as it seems everyone is waiting for their order, which sometimes ends up being someone else's. “I have been here a few times, and the staff is always so friendly. These folks can bust out food during lunch faster than the McDonald's drive-thru. My favorite thing to get is either the bone-in wings or the chicken sandwich. I like that they sell drafts here too. I have never seen Twisted Tea on draft before!“
