last weeks Ham & Swiss was extremely.sparse,, barely a filling.,no camparison to previous purchases & far from pictures shown on the websie! Tried again with breakfast sandwich yesterday. Egg barely covered middle & .exactly 5 1/2slices of bacon thrown on top. Rest was just a dry roll! Where's the quality theses day?? What's happening at your store??Get back on track if you want to regain customer satisfaction. For now I'll pass

When I first moved up here their food was soooo good! I don’t know what changed but they messed up my breakfast order twice and then the third time there was mold on the bagel all blue and fuzzy. I’m definitely done with this place, there’s only one friendly female employee there, everyone else is stoic. I can deal with attitude so long as the food makes up for it, for example: some Jamaican spots. But this spot is not giving what it needs too.

I rarely go that direction from West Point and forget about the deli. I was coming in from NJ, saw it and stopped in for lunch. Nice girls helping and answered all my questions and were patient. The food looked good in the case and they serve breakfast all day. I ended up with the spicy ham wrap, hold the onion. It was loaded with meat and the spice was good. They have a nice shaded outside seating area to enjoy on a nice day. The large coffee I definitely needed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fort Deli is a solid spot for a great sandwich—seriously, the sandwiches are delicious and hit the spot! However, the order of tots was a bit skimpy for the price, which was disappointing. They did mess up our order initially, but to their credit, they corrected it without much hassle. The staff wasn’t the friendliest, coming off a bit gruff, which is typical for a classic deli vibe. Overall, it’s a standard deli experience, but those sandwiches make it worth a visit. I’d return for the food, just maybe skip the tots!

I ordered a chicken salad wrap today for lunch and I got a piece of grilled chicken diced up in a wrap with nothing on it and the chicken was dry. Not only did the wrap suck, it cost me $15. I went there a year ago and actually got a chicken salad wrap which was actually ok but the wrap and an iced tea cost me almost $20. This place sucks, and the prices are ridiculous.

The sandwiches are HUGE. The hero is the size of a newborn baby. They hand it to you with two hands, swaddled in paper and a pink and blue blanket, then tell you congratulations.
They have a great variety of delicious sandwiches both cold and hot. The staff is very friendly and quick.

Their sandwiches are great. However, I’ve ordered deliver twice and both times I waited an hour and a half for a single sandwich. I called after an hour and they said food was on the way and it was another 25 minute wait. On top of all that, the deliverer could not be bothered to even get out of the vehicle. She literally just called and rolled down her window. Terrible customer service. I paid a delivery fee for this as well.
