Stopped in on vacation. Restaurant was amazing! Love the decor and signs. Food was amazing. One of the best Alfredo sauces my husband and I had ever had.
Meatballs and marinara sauce were also great and portions were generous, and prices were good. I wish I lived close enough to visit more often.
Will recommend to anyone traveling to New York.

DeJohn's Italian Spaghetti House offers the best sauce around, with huge and delicious meatballs. The casual and comfortable atmosphere provides excellent service. The restaurant serves fantastic Italian pasta choices like Eggplant Parmigiano, Spaghetti with meatballs, stuffed pepper, and gumbo. The meatball calzone is a work of art, creating a nostalgic family feel.
Customers love the excellent food, and the owners and staff are always friendly and chatty. The variety of menu items is impressive, with specials worth trying and delightful desserts. Dishes like the lobster ravioli, lobster bisque, stuffed mushrooms, and Chicken Alfredo receive high praise. The portions are huge, and the prices are good, making it a hidden gem worth visiting.
The restaurant has been around for a long time, and the booths were designed in the 1950s. The hostess greets customers and provides menus, and the waitresses know most of the people in their section. Customers especially enjoy the pasta dishes, including lasagna, spaghetti with meatballs, and ravioli. The daily specials are also very good. Parking is available in a free lot behind the restaurant.
Customers praise the food, with one describing the Alfredo sauce as one of the best they've ever had. The meatballs and marinara sauce are also great, and the portions are generous. The prices are good, and the restaurant is recommended for anyone traveling to New York. The interior is a bit dated but cozy, with a small seating area that feels like an old family restaurant.
