The ice cream there is so dirty n gross, the pre packed quarts even worse! How is that possible, disgusting , don’t waste your time or money on the baskin robins products there awful, the ice cream isn’t even placed under the right places of flavor, the toppping look as they haven’t been changed or cleaned in weeks , place feels n looks dirty

Worst service ever! If you don't have all day to wait. Don't buy anything from here! Waited 20 mins for a $2.16 bagel. Online orders weren't ready. Short staffed. Slowest service ever. This company needs to do better. Terrible

The girl working here on a Friday evening is very rude. She barely knows their menu- ordered a chai spice which is apparently the new vanilla chai and she goes to me "you mean vanilla chai" I told her, I'm simply reading the board above her, that there's no vanilla chai on the menu. This was after I wait walked in and she mumbled "1 min" which I didn't understand Bc she mumbled and we have masks on. I told her I'll take a vanilla spice- she goes "I said, 1 min" -she should have corporate give her some training on how to talk to customers.

Presently here and one employee has an issue with her mask continuously falling from her face. When addressed she stated that it is too big. The manager then decided to take it in a negative way and began yelling. Upon which I made it clear to him that HE/the company is responsible for making sure their employees are wearing the proper gear as per new Covid guidelines. Absolutely ludicrous behavior on the manager's part. Unsatisfactory that employees have to be subjected to such.

The worst Dunkin Donuts , i went to pick up some hot chocolate I asked the lady to please add milk , Guess not, i received the hot chocolate half a cup and it tasted like plain hot water, never again .

I come here most times when I want ice cream. I agree with the other Yelper, about the quality and apathy of the workers who work/worked here. I've never been treated rudely and the employees all seem friendly enough. But, I have come across the same situation as I had yesterday. The labels that describe the ice cream are almost always wrong. I don't understand that? It's as if no one really cares to make sure the flavors match the sign. Yesterday the sign said, NY Cheesecake. It sure looked like Chocolate Chip to me. I asked the young man for a taste and sure enough....Chocolate Chip. I told him, it was Chocolate Chip. He insisted it was NY Cheesecake. I just ordered it..... My neighbor once sent me for a quart of Baseball Nut, before I knew what it looked like. I came back to her house with a quart of Bubble Gum ice cream. I ordered it, by the signage. I had to go back and return it. I continue to go there because it's close by. I just ignore the signs posted and taste the flavor before I purchase it. â€
