The girl working here on a Friday evening is very rude. She barely knows their menu- ordered a chai spice which is apparently the new vanilla chai and she goes to me "you mean vanilla chai" I told her, I'm simply reading the board above her, that there's no vanilla chai on the menu. Presently here and one employee has an issue with her mask continuously falling from her face. When addressed she stated that it is too big. The manager then decided to take it in a negative way and began yelling. Upon which I made it clear to him that HE/the company is responsible for making sure their employees are wearing the proper gear as per new Covid guidelines. Absolutely ludicrous behavior on the manager's part. Unsatisfactory that employees have to be subjected to such.

I come here most times when I want ice cream. I agree with the other Yelper, about the quality and apathy of the workers who work/worked here. I've never been treated rudely and the employees all seem friendly enough. But, I have come across the same situation as I had yesterday. The labels that describe the ice cream are almost always wrong. I don't understand that? It's as if no one really cares to make sure the flavors match the sign.
